Good morning readers and may my blog reach you in good peace! Today I will dedicate my blog to my “SOULFUL SUNDAY”, in which my aim is to bring that good feeling out of you. Recently I watched a program, where the topic was the stereotype description of…AN ANGRY BLACK WOMAN. This was a bit rough for me to accept, because we as black women are not just ANGRY. There is a core from where any anger that a woman has, comes from. Instead of classifying or labeling, an emotion that you have no recollection of its creation. So with saying that, I will share some opinions of mine, that I feel can shed some light on what many believe is …AN ANGRY BLACK WOMAN!
As the meme states above, we as women need to encourage one another and leave all negative energies behind so that we can release any anger we have. Men, we are not angry, we are hurt, disappointed, exhausted, misunderstood, taken for granted and unappreciated. Therefore, I ask and request all you men, to look at the so-called angry black woman you know and find out what’s wrong before you label her. Remember, if she is your wife, mother, daughter, significant other or just a friend, you already are close enough to help….not judge. Most women just want the simple things like love, respect, trust, comfort ability and attention…….why not just give it to her.
This first selection, is a song that I feel sums up some simple things, that men can do for the woman they love. As this group states, chivalry is not dead!

Now men, trust and believe that we as women, understand that you are entitled and deserve the same things. That is just it, women love from their heart, and most don’t know how to give nothing less. We can be crazy, difficult, out of control, but in the same token….we are loyal, intelligent, committed, nurturing and irresistible. This is why, my next selection sheds some light on how women love and to what degree….UNCONDITIONAL!

Women have hearts of love that are so big and pure, that we have more than enough to share with our loved ones. Thanks Whitney Houston….R.I.P. BEAUTIFUL!
After all of the ups and downs that men and women relationships may go through, the fact that they are still together means something. In cases where they are not, the woman doesn’t become an angry bird, she and even he, just are emotionally hurt and not quite sure how to deal with it. Take the time out people and actually find the source of the problem, instead of just trying to label a problem.If you need to take some time and get away, I believe my next selection just might say what you feel!

Take her or take him, and get away ……from all that may be troubling you now and come back stronger to tackle it face on. I love this family and they are such a positive example for relationships….BIG UPS TO YOU!
As I share my last selection, I want you to think about the previous songs, and make much effort to be a support for the emotional woman in your life and don’t classify it as a negative. We all have issues and maybe if we are understood better, we can be better to deal with. Many may have experienced this feeling, while others are still waiting, but trust and believe it is possible. Just think about that feeling when you can say…I’m so in love with you!
